Sara uses a respectful, relaxed, non-judgemental approach to help clients cope and obtain the healing they desire. She uses an eclectic approach which may include cognitive behavioral therapy, talk therapy, emotional freedom technique, and play therapy (for children).

What is a counselor, therapist, or licensed social worker?

A licensed social worker (LMSW or LCSW) is often referred to as a therapist or mental health counselor.  They provide counseling which is also known as psychotherapy or just therapy.
